Engagement Process

The T5 engagement process is based on the true win-win philosophy where both client and T5 achieve value. The T5 process asks more question, actively listens, provides customized as opposed to generic solutions, interacts through dialogue, and provides insights and new ideas.

The T5 engagement process commences with an initial appointment to meet the client aiming to cover the following 3 steps:

  • Situation Analysis – Past, Present, Future
  • Clarifying Assignment Objectives
  • Establishing the Measures (Metrics) of Success and Value

At this juncture it may turn out that the challenges, objectives and issues raised are not within the T5 portfolio and that the client may require another company’s services. In this case a recommendation is made to solve this problem 1st and once completed perhaps another opportunity to work together may occur at a later date.

The T5 engagement process model can either be applied in part or as a whole.

It brings clarity and meaning to a successful execution of a plan on a page. There are 5 phases that delivers the value based results and they are:

  1.  Strategic Decision Making Phase
  2.  Project Initiation Phase
  3.  Planning Phase
  4.  Implementation Phase
  5.  Scaling Phase
